The decision to start his own company came to his mind, when he completed his ITI back in the year 2007. Then, forgoing discussion with his father and brothers, he eventually lays the first stone of Dhekane’s in 2007. Being more than 20 years, in the industry Rajendra’s journey have been captured by a lot of local newspaper’s and YouTube channels.
Rajendra always mentions the importance family support, that gives him an agility to be an edge over other companies running in the same business. Rajendra, is currently appointed as a president in MIDC for more than 3+ years.
MIDC is a local body formed to look after the Solapur-Based companies. It even composes in of companies like Jindal, Patanjali and many more. This organization is solely responsible from providing in spaces for the companies in pharmacy, steel manufacturing, farming product manufacturing, paper production houses, glass manufacturing setups, and lot more in production and manufacturing region to set up their units, grow and extend themselves to an entire new level.
